Victoria Cook is an independent animator living in the greater New York area. She has worked in several small studios in both animation and production. In her films she specializes in 2D Flash animation and designs original characters with a traditional cel shaded look. She is a graduate of The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA, and loves animation of all kinds. Some of her influences are Matt Groening, Tim Burton, John K, and many more.
